Role Overview: As a Lead Technician, you will be the face of EK Garage Doors. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial garage door systems, including springs, cables, rollers, and openers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality repairs and installations for residential and commercial customers.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with garage door openers and hardware.
Provide clear explanations and honest estimates to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle.
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on garage door installation and repair experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
2. Entry-Level Installer / Technician Apprentice
